This patient came to us with concerns related to facial aging, particularly around the neck, jawline, and mouth. She initially was interested in a facelift, and during her consultation, we also discussed excess skin and heaviness in the brow region. We noted some lateral hooding that contributed to these concerns. After discussing her goals and reviewing her options, we recommended a brow lift as a complementary procedure to achieve a balanced, rejuvenated facial appearance.

Her surgical plan was tailored to her anatomy and desired change. The brow lift raised her brows to a natural position and helped to open her eyes, reducing the heaviness she noticed before. Recovery progressed smoothly. At three months post-procedure, she presented with some small spider capillaries along her cheek. We addressed these with a minimally invasive laser treatment, which resolved the issue.
