Dr. Karter did my rhinoplasty and far exceeded any expectations I had! After our initial consultation, I immediately knew he was the surgeon for me. He does an amazing job explaining nose anatomy and why certain tweaks would elevate your appearance to blend naturally with your other features. Him and Erin were extremely thorough explaining the ins and outs of the procedure and aftercare. I felt confident and safe going into it and I couldn't have asked for better results. I am so much more confident but the results are also beautifully natural. Huge thank you to Dr. Karter and the team!! I'd recommend him 100x over!

Everyone is courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. Karter is a brilliant and caring surgeon. From the first consultation to the final follow-up exam-I knew I was well-cared for and valued as a patient. My procedure went absolutely smoothly and even the day-to-day expectations I was given were spot on.
I got my rhinoplasty here and had a really good experience overall! Everyone was super nice and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Dr. Karter did an amazing job and made everything look natural. I’m really happy with how it turned out and would definitely recommend coming here if you’re thinking about it.

Dr. Karter, Erin and Debbie were all amazing to work with. Selecting a cosmetic surgeon is nothing you enter into lightly and after months of research I am so thankful I chose Dr. Karter. My first virtual consult with Erin was excellent. She is so personable and provided so much valuable information. I met Dr. Karter at my in office consult. He is such an upbeat person who explained in great depth the process of my procedure and the healing process. Debbie assisted in my consultation and very thoroughly explained all the paperwork. I left my consult knowing 110% I selected the right team. I am now 2-weeks post-op and although the final results will take some time, I am thrilled with my results already. Scheduling is a breeze, the office is very nice and the front office staff are so nice as well. I can't say enough about my awesome experience with Dr. Karter as a person and as a skilled surgeon.

I’m so glad I chose Dr. Karter for my rhinoplasty! I really appreciate his conservative approach and wanting to maintain a persons facial balance/harmony. He was very honest about expectations and the process. His coordinator Erin is wonderful and they both were always available for me whenever I had questions or concerns.

Spoke with Erin the patient care coordinator. She clearly articulated the procedues, the recovery times, and answerd all of my questions. Dr. Karter recommendations were thoughtful and focused on the most non-invasive option while still focusing on the areas that gave me the most concern. They listened to me and laid out a practical plan to meet my needs. I would return and recommend them.

I’ve been a patient of Saasha’s for over a decade and trust her for all of my skin care needs. She is a highly trained and experienced esthetician.
