Dr. Karter, Erin and Debbie were all amazing to work with. Selecting a cosmetic surgeon is nothing you enter into lightly and after months of research I am so thankful I chose Dr. Karter. My first virtual consult with Erin was excellent. She is so personable and provided so much valuable information. I met Dr. Karter at my in office consult. He is such an upbeat person who explained in great depth the process of my procedure and the healing process. Debbie assisted in my consultation and very thoroughly explained all the paperwork. I left my consult knowing 110% I selected the right team. I am now 2-weeks post-op and although the final results will take some time, I am thrilled with my results already. Scheduling is a breeze, the office is very nice and the front office staff are so nice as well. I can't say enough about my awesome experience with Dr. Karter as a person and as a skilled surgeon.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Karter. His experience, skill, and attention to detail are truly on another level. I’m so glad I chose Dr. Karter for my rhinoplasty! I really appreciate his conservative approach and wanting to maintain a persons facial balance/harmony. He was very honest about expectations and the process. His coordinator Erin is wonderful and they both were always available for me whenever I had questions or concerns.

Spoke with Erin the patient care coordinator. She clearly articulated the procedues, the recovery times, and answerd all of my questions. Dr. Karter recommendations were thoughtful and focused on the most non-invasive option while still focusing on the areas that gave me the most concern. They listened to me and laid out a practical plan to meet my needs. I would return and recommend them.

I’ve been a patient of Saasha’s for over a decade and trust her for all of my skin care needs. She is a highly trained and experienced esthetician. My experience with Dr. Karter’s office has truly been 5-star from beginning to end. From my very first meeting with Erin, Dr. Karter’s patient care coordinator, I felt completely taken care of. She walked me through every step of the process, explained what to expect, and made sure I felt educated and comfortable with my decisions. I never once felt rushed or overwhelmed because she was always there to answer questions and guide me. When I met Dr. Karter, I immediately felt at ease. He has such a calm and reassuring presence. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, took his time with me, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I felt heard, respected, and confident that I was in the best hands. Debbie, Dr. Karter’s clinical nurse, was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire surgical process—from pre-op to recovery. She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely caring. She checked in with me, made sure I was comfortable, and was there every step of the way. Having someone like Debbie by your side during surgery and recovery makes all the difference. Saasha, the medical aesthetician, was also such an important part of my journey. She helped me care for my skin both before and after surgery, recommending treatments and products that kept my skin looking and feeling its best. I love that this office is truly a one-stop shop—not only offering top-notch surgical care but also medical spa services, from facials to lasers, to enhance and maintain your results. Even the front desk staff deserves recognition—they are always so kind, welcoming, and friendly. Every interaction, whether in person or over the phone, was positive. I would 100% recommend Dr. Karter’s office to anyone considering facial plastic surgery. The level of care, professionalism, and genuine compassion from the entire team made this such a wonderful experience. I am beyond grateful for the entire team — and I absolutely love my results!

I feel very fortunate to have been referred to the talented Dr. Karter. He describes the proposed surgery in detail and welcomes questions. He's pleasant, extremely patient, caring, thoughtful, meticulous and attentive to detail. I am only 6 weeks post-surgery but am very pleased with my evolving results (will take months). I had a Diamond Glow facial with Saasha. I had the most amazing experience. Not only did I walk away with my skin glowing. Saasha went over my skincare routine and gave me guidance on how to maintain it on a daily basis. She is very knowledgeable about skincare and is an expert on product recommendations. I will definitely see her again!
