I had a great experience with Dr. Karter for my Botox treatment. I was very nervous but he made me feel completely at ease. He explained everything to me in great detail and even offered multiple products for me to choose from. His professionalism and attention to detail made me feel more confident about having this done. I highly recommend Dr. Karter to anyone considering Botox.

I don't even know where to begin. Dr. Karter along with Erin, the Patient Care Coordinator have changed my life. I have always been self conscious of my eyelids and under eyes for as long as I can remember. I decided to finally do something about them although I was very nervous. From the very first conversation with them I began to feel better. They are both so kind and informative. He explained each step and I felt so comfortable, I went ahead and had my upper and lower eyelids done. I am beyond thrilled with the results! Dr. Karter is an AMAZING surgeon and is there for you both before and after. Erin supports you along the way and I can't ever thank them enough. I highly recommend Dr. Karter and would give ten stars if I could. Don't hesitate to go in for a consultation you will not be disappointed.

Incredible Surgeon and Wonderful Experience I highly recommend Dr. Karter. Not only is he an incredible surgeon but my experience with all his office staff has been wonderful. I am just under 3 months post-surgery from a rhinoplasty. Dr. Karter and his staff made me feel at ease with the process and answered all of my questions and concerns with great care. I felt completely prepared going into the surgery and there were no surprises on how I would be feeling afterwards. He was nothing but honest about the whole process. Additionally, by following his advice, I felt like I was able to recover at a rapid pace. I am very pleased with my result and I cannot thank Dr. Karter enough for taking such wonderful care of me.

Where to begin?! I will preface with that I have never broken a bone nor had any major surgeries so the work I received from Dr Karter was all new to me. In 2022 I had my upper eyelids done by another doctor and in 2024, I was scheduled to have my lower eyelids done by that same doctor when I realized I had so much other stuff going on with my face that needed addressing, so when asking around Dr. Karter's name was constantly in the forefront. So I scheduled a consultation and quickly realized he was my guy. I had been following his page for quite a while watching the results. You can't deny, this man does amazing work. Not only that though, upon meeting him and his staff, I felt as if I was in good hands. Not only good hands but some of the best hands. From the surgery center and their entire staff who took care of me during my surgery, to how truly kind and humble and sincere Dr Karter is, I just felt as if I had a blanket of safety and protection around me. I honestly can not sing enough praises. This wasn't just surgery to turn back time. Although we did, and I can't be more happy with the results. This went deeper. This was an emotional process of letting go of things I saw that I hated about myself for many many years. Dr. Karter, you took that away. You gave me back the things I love about my face and just gave me such a glow up. I am forever indebted with how well you took care of me. Down to helping me with the cyst in my ear (from piercings-nothing to do with this) but just an example of going above and beyond. To meticulously cutting around my face tattoo and stitching it back up perfectly. I can not thank you and your staff enough for making me feel as if I am in the best hands. I sing your praises and recommend you to all I know and will continue to do so. Thank you again! Oh and for anyone wondering, I had a lower neck and facelift, my under eyelids done, and a browlift. I'll keep it simple and not use the technical jargon

After days of reading through reviews and looking through patient’s before and after pictures from various surgeons, I decided to make my first appointment with Dr. Karter. Prior to meeting with him my options remained opened though any hesitation I had prior to my consult was gone. Dr.Karters passion in plastic surgery has fully exuded into his company as well as all the procedures he specializes in. Dr. Karter and his staff (Erin and Sarina) are nothing short of phenomenal. I’ve now had a handful of “tweaks” done by him and I am BEYOND grateful as well as thrilled to have found him. He too makes getting Botox a breeze for someone whom dislikes needles. Look no further and enjoy.
