I reached out to Dr. Karter because the holes of where my earrings were were very stretched out not allowing me to even wear earrings anymore. Everything with him was seamless and flawless. From reaching out to him on Instagram, I got a very speedy and thorough response and his front desk called me that Monday for an in office consultation. The consultation was straight forward, quick, and easy. Procedure day came, and his work was flawless and meticulous. I work in health care myself and couldn’t get over perfect his stitches on my ears were. I have a very small scar on both ears that is barely noticeable. His instructions on aftercare and what to expect again was very thorough, honest, and straight forward. And any questions I had he answered very quickly. Healing process was great. And he re-pierced my ears (even came in on a Saturday morning because I was picky and wasn’t in love with the placement of my R earring). All in all, it was the best experience ever. And wouldn’t choose anyone else to fix my ear lobes! 10/10 service, professionalism, craft and care!

Dr Karter and his team are amazing! They literally walk you through every step of the way. I wish i could say i was nervous going into surgery but i wasn’t because i was confident in his work and knew that my results would be great, and it has been. Dr Karter will consistently remind you, if you need anything, have any questions or concerns to reach out to him with no hesitation. He makes himself available and has kept his word. Dr Karter and his team always maintain a level of professionalism, and friendliness. Definitely the place and Dr to go to.

Dr. Karter and his team are the absolute best! For years I was hesitant and nervous about finding the right doctor and I am so happy I found Dr. Karter. Dr. Karter is an excellent surgeon who goes above and beyond for his patients. He was extremely thorough, professional, & friendly during every visit - the consult, pre-op, and post-op. I would highly recommend him for anyone interested in pursuing a rhinoplasty!

I can not express my gratitude enough to Dr K and his staff, especially Erin. Words wouldn't be enough. This was my 3rd rhinoplasty and it was NOT easy. My nose was completely botched previously by a very unethical surgeon (not local). I have had MANY consults with MANY surgeons before choosing Dr Karter. And since reviews matter I want to be very clear: Dr. Karter puts your concerns, your health, and your satisfaction of outcome at the very top of his priority list. He does fantastic work. Dr. Karter and his team were beyond amazing. I was very nervous and hesitant when picking a surgeon for my rhinoplasty but when I had my consultation I immediately knew I had found the right doctor. I was referred to Dr. Karter for a deep plane facelift several months ago . My experience with both he and his staff was beyond exceptional. He is a gifted surgeon as well as a great human . In one procedure he has somehow erased 15 years from my face and neck . The post op recovery was painless requiring only tylenol and ibuprofen , and my result is natural and flawless .To his surgical coordinator Erin….thank you for the amazing job you do everyday educating and supporting patients . After losing weight, I noticed significant volume loss in my face, particularly in my cheeks and under-eye area. I consulted with Dr. Karter, who recommended fat grafting as a natural solution to revolumize my mid-face. This procedure involves liposuctioning fat from one area of the body and transferring it to the face. Dr. Karter thoroughly explained the procedure, including the risks, downtime, and longevity of the results. During the procedure, he ensured I was comfortable and explained each step as he worked. I am thrilled with the results and look forward to seeing the final outcome as time progresses. I would highly recommend this procedure to anyone seeking facial volume rejuvenation without opting for fillers yet. I will definitely consider it again in the future.

While I can’t give a 100% final review because I am only one month post op since my rhinoplasty surgery, I can say that I am extremely happy with my experience thus far. During your first consultation, Dr Karter takes the time to educate you on what exactly he will be doing in the operating room, and what techniques he will use to achieve your goals. His patient care coordinator, Erin, thoroughly breaks down what you can expect leading up to the surgery and during recovery. The recovery was not painful at all. It was uncomfortable, but I did not experience anything that Dr Karter and Erin did not prepare me for. I worked from home for a little less than two weeks, at that point most people won’t notice you ever had anything done! Now, one month post op and I am already thrilled with my results. Dr Karter fixed my insecurities in a very natural way. I know swelling takes a full year to go away, so I am looking forward to seeing my final results. I definitely recommend Dr Karter if you are interesting in rhinoplasty surgery.
