I am one month into healing from having an upper blepharoplasty. I was told the complete healing process takes a year, but I am so happy with my results thus far! The difference is amazing for me. I am in my 60’s and felt my eyelids made me look tired. So, I finally got the courage to make an appointment and met with Erin who explained everything in great detail. After meeting with Dr Karter, I knew I had found the right place for me. If there is anyone reading this who is close to my age, you might be able to relate with having to pull your eyelid in order to apply eyeliner. Well I barely have to do that anymore and I’m still healing so it can only get better!!! I would encourage those who are on the fence, to make an appointment to get the information you need in order to make a confident decision. Should I decide on any future procedures, Dr Karter will be performing them.

Dr. Karter is beyond the rating scale. I had a pleasure meeting Dr. Karter and his team when I elected for a rhinoplasty. My experience left me with a desired outcome. I believe Dr. Karter posses an exceptional level of knowledge and expertise. However, most valuable to me were his skills and talent with an artistic vision; he made my nose look naturally fitted to my facial characteristics. My experience from the first day of consultation, surgery and recovery went with ease. I believe, he is a talented surgeon and with that I have no regrets of trusting him. Dr. Karter also surrounds himself with a caring and supporting team. Erin is exceptional. Her caring personality added another layer of trust, knowing that I am in good hands. Thank you.

Always friends staff. Polite with service and always running on time. I've been with Dr Karter for years. He is very knowledgeable and does a fantastic job with my Botox. I always love the outcome.

It’s been a full year since my rhinoplasty and upper blepharoplasty and I am very happy with my results. Dr. Karter delivers natural results so you won’t look overdone- just a better version of yourself. His expertise is matched by his compassion and patience- he takes the time to fully explain each procedure and validates any concerns. His patient coordinator, Erin, is so helpful and supportive. I will only trust Dr. Karter for any future cosmetic facial procedures.

I wish I could give 10 stars! Dr. Karter and his team are beyond exceptional! I recently had a deep neck lift and buccal fat removal performed by Dr. Karter, and the results are nothing short of phenomenal! From the initial consultation, to the post-op follow-ups, both Dr. Karter and his assistant Erin went above and beyond to ensure that not only did I feel comfortable, and informed, but also very well cared for every single step of the way. Their professionalism, expertise, and genuine kindness made this entire experience both smooth and very rewarding. When I walked in I was very nervous since this was my very first plastic surgery consult and I had no idea what to expect. But as soon as I met with Dr. Karter and Erin all my nerves went away and knew that I didn't need to get a secondor third opinion. Not once did I feel pressured to do the discussed surgeries, I loved how I was asked very detailed information as to what exactly I was looking to achieve, and was informed as to what I should expect for my end results (which turned out even better than I was expecting!) My only regret was not finding Dr. Karter sooner. If you’re considering a neck lift or any facial cosmetic procedure, I can't recommend him enough — he truly is an artist!

My nose surgery journey began with Erin, who was incredible from start to finish. She was very thorough, explaining every detail of the process and making it all feel so easy. A year later, when I was ready, Erin helped me schedule my surgery date. Dr. Karter has excellent bedside manners—he’s calm, reassuring, and explained everything I should expect. Although I was anxious, he immediately made me feel confident in his ability to deliver exactly what I wanted, and he did! I will definitely be using his office for future procedures. 10/10 thank you to his incredible abilities and team!

I reached out to Dr. Karter because the holes of where my earrings were were very stretched out not allowing me to even wear earrings anymore. Everything with him was seamless and flawless. From reaching out to him on Instagram, I got a very speedy and thorough response and his front desk called me that Monday for an in office consultation. The consultation was straight forward, quick, and easy. Procedure day came, and his work was flawless and meticulous. I work in health care myself and couldn’t get over perfect his stitches on my ears were. I have a very small scar on both ears that is barely noticeable. His instructions on aftercare and what to expect again was very thorough, honest, and straight forward. And any questions I had he answered very quickly. Healing process was great. And he re-pierced my ears (even came in on a Saturday morning because I was picky and wasn’t in love with the placement of my R earring). All in all, it was the best experience ever. And wouldn’t choose anyone else to fix my ear lobes! 10/10 service, professionalism, craft and care!

Dr Karter and his team are amazing! They literally walk you through every step of the way. I wish i could say i was nervous going into surgery but i wasn’t because i was confident in his work and knew that my results would be great, and it has been. Dr Karter will consistently remind you, if you need anything, have any questions or concerns to reach out to him with no hesitation. He makes himself available and has kept his word. Dr Karter and his team always maintain a level of professionalism, and friendliness. Definitely the place and Dr to go to.
