This patient chose to have a brow lift and deep plane facelift after noticing changes in her appearance following recent weight loss. As a twin, she coordinated her procedures to match her sibling’s timeline, and she also wanted to look her best for some important events later in 2025. She had developed heavy nasolabial folds, marionette lines, jowls, and excess skin along her neck. Her brows had descended, causing lateral hooding, and she had signs of subplatysmal fat and muscle banding.
