This patient, a nurse working in a clinic setting, came to us seeking a more lasting solution for her brow area after previously using Botox and addressing her facial aging as well. She noticed her brows had dropped with age, leading to lateral hooding and a persistent look of tiredness or sadness, which did not reflect how she felt inside. After discussing the available options, we proceeded with a brow lift, upper blepharoplasty, and deep plane facelift. She had undergone upper eyelid surgery with another provider seven years prior as well as a "mini" facelift, but wanted to refresh her results and address the brow droop in a single procedure. Recovery was straightforward, given her occupation required minimal strenuous activity. The patient followed all post-operative instructions closely.
