Upper Blepharoplasty Before & After Case 182

This patient reached out to us with concerns about excess upper eyelid skin. She had previously used Botox to address early signs of aging, but wanted a more lasting solution. She noticed her upper eyelids felt heavy and made her appear tired despite a relatively good brow position and only mild side hooding.

During her consultation for an upper blepharoplasty, we discussed her desired outcomes and reviewed her facial structure. Together, we determined that upper eyelid surgery could help remove redundant skin and create a more refreshed appearance. The procedure was performed as an outpatient surgery (in our office) with minimal downtime.

Recovery progressed as expected. She experienced mild swelling and bruising, which subsided over the first two weeks. Her results are shown here in the before and after photos.
