In this case, our patient was initially interested in a brow lift but expressed concerns about lateral hooding, particularly more pronounced on her left upper eyelid. After discussing her goals and considering her medical history, we recommended an upper blepharoplasty as the most suitable option. The patient had mild herniation of fat in both upper eyelids, which contributed to a tired appearance.

During her consultation, we explored the potential benefits of a brow lift. However, she reported that she was satisfied with the improvement she achieved from Botox treatments. Given her preferences, she proceeded with upper blepharoplasty alone at our practice. She also shared concerns about her nose at this visit and later scheduled a rhinoplasty, reflecting her thoughtful approach to facial rejuvenation on her own timeline.

The upper blepharoplasty addressed excess skin and herniated fat, providing a more refreshed look. Recovery was smooth, and her eyelid contour improved as planned.
