Upper Blepharoplasty Before & After Case 195

This patient came to us interested in facial rejuvenation. He initially considered a deep plane facelift but wanted to address bothersome eyelid changes on a shorter timeline. His main concerns centered on feeling that his brows had come down, causing heaviness and lateral hooding of his upper eyelids. We discussed the limitations of upper blepharoplasty when it comes to correcting lateral hooding, especially when brow descent is part of the process.

After thorough consultation, we agreed to proceed with upper blepharoplasty in our office. The procedure was done under local anesthesia, allowing for a safe and efficient recovery. As seen in the before and after photos, the excess upper eyelid skin was removed. 

About a year later, we revisited the possibility of a deep plane facelift to address continued concerns of facial aging. This involved careful evaluation of his cheeks, jowls, and submandibular glands, which contributed to facial volume loss and neck fullness. By staging his procedures, we prioritized his needs and timeline while supporting safe, natural-looking restoration.
