This patient came to us with a history of regular Botox and filler treatments from another provider. She began to notice an increase in heaviness around her upper eyelids, which was not fully relieved by her usual non-surgical treatments. With some important events on the calendar, she hoped for a long-lasting solution that would allow her to look and feel her best.

During our consultation we identified some lateral hooding at her brows. We agreed that her current Botox regimen was effectively lifting that area. However, there was redundancy of the upper eyelid skin that could not be addressed without surgery. Together, we determined that an upper eyelid blepharoplasty would remove this excess skin to create a lighter, more refreshed appearance, while respecting her natural features and prior results.

After her procedure, the patient recovered well. Our approach allowed her to maintain the youthful look she achieved with injectables, while addressing concerns that only surgery could correct, with minimal downtime.
