This patient is 8 months out from a deep neck sculpting and chin implant. 

She was bothered by the fullness under her chin and lack of definition along the jawline. She had tried many non surgical option including Coolsculpting and Kybella without any success. Those treatments can only alter the fat directly under the surface of the skin and do not have any effect on the deeper neck fat or musculature. By doing a deep necklift we were able to sculpt the deeper neck structures to give her a dramatic improvement in her neckline. A chin implant added some subtle projection to the chin and enhanced the results along the jawline.
