Procedures Performed Deep Neck Sculpting, Upper Blepharoplasty, Lower Blepharoplasty, Deep Plane Facelift
This patient is three months out from her deep plane facelift, deep neck sculpting, and upper and lower blepharoplasty.
She is a beautiful example of early intervention in facelifting. When to proceed with surgery is a personal choice, but for some patients they feel like they've never had the neck and jawline that fits them. They don't want to chase things with fillers and would rather have a natural, beautiful, long lasting result.
By sculpting the deeper neck structures and repositioning the SMAS after and extended deep plane release, we were able to create more of a heart shaped appearance to the jawline and create a deep, sharp neckiline. We also address some extra upper eyelid skin and lower eyelid fat.
She still looks so beautiful and natural, but she looks like a more refined version of herself. She still has some healing to go, but we are so happy for her so far and can't wait to see things continue to evolve.
