She noted heaviness in her upper eyelids and mild bags forming under her eyes. These changes led to some aesthetic discomfort, particularly with upper eyelid hooding. After a thorough evaluation and discussion of her goals, we recommended an upper blepharoplasty and lower blepharoplasty, focusing on restoring a refreshed yet natural look.
