Procedures Performed Deep Neck Lift, Deep Plane Facelift
This patient is three months out from her deep plane facelift and deep neck lift.
She was most bothered by the change in contour along her jawline and the lack of a deep neck angle. We performed a deep plane facelift to restore the jowls to their youthful position and define the jawline. In the neck we sculpted the deeper structures and released the muscles/connective tissue off of the hyoid bone to allow it to elevate and sharpen the neck angle. She still has a bit of swelling left directly under the chin, but is healing absolutely beautifully.
