Deep Neck Sculpting Before & After Case 113

This patient is 8 months out from her deep neck sculpting and chin implant.

She was most bothered by the fullness under her chin and lack of a deep neckline. We find that most patients in this situation have very little subcutaneous fat (the kind that can be addressed with liposuction or non-surgical treatments like Kybella and cool sculpting) and this was the case for her as well.

She had enlargement of the deep neck structures including her deep fat pads and her saliva glands. Additionally her chin was a little bit receded, which makes the neck look even more full. By sculpting the deeper neck structures and placing a small chin implant we were able to create a much deeper neckline and balance the overall proportions of her face.
