Procedures Performed Deep Neck Sculpting
This beautiful patient opted for deep neck sculpting.
She felt like she never had a good neckline regardless of her age or weight. We performed a surgery to sculpt all of the deep structures within the neck including the deep fat pads, deep muscles, and submandibular glands. I find that most patient who haven't had a good neckline their entire lives almost always have fullness of these deeper structures. Most importantly she had absolutely no extra subcutaneous fat, so anything short of the deep neck sculpting (liposuction, Kybella, Coolsculpting) would have had absolutely no impact whatsoever.
