Deep Neck Sculpting Before & After Case 123

This patient is one year out from his deep neck sculpting, chin implant, and buccal fat removal. He was bothered by his neck area which always seemed full regardless of diet and exercise.

By sculpting the deeper neck structures and adding length to the horizontal limb of the neck line we were able to create a dramatic difference in jawline and neck shape.
