Deep Neck Sculpting Before & After Case 124

This patient is one year out from her deep neck sculpting.

She was most bothered by the lack of depth of her neckline. She felt like it made the area under her chin look full.

She is a beautiful example of the power of deep neck sculpting. She had absolutely no extra subcutaneous fat, or the fat directly under the skin. By going into the deeper neck spaces and sculpting the deep fat pads, muscles, and saliva glands we were able to create a beautiful neck contour all through a small 1.5 inch incision hidden under the chin.
