Deep Plane Facelift, Deep Neck Lift

This patient received a deep plane facelift and deep neck lift. She was bothered by fullness in her neck and the changes in her cheeks and jawline over time. We performed a deep necklift to sculpt the deep fat pads, muscles, and glands that were causing fullness in the neck and blunting the transition from her jawline into the neck. We also reduced the fullness in her glands near the angle of the jaw bone.

In the face we performed a deep plane facelift to reposition the SMAS into its youthful position, improving the overall face shape and helping to reduce her nasolabial and marionette lines.
