This patient came to our office seeking greater definition along her neckline. She was bothered by fullness under her chin and wanted a smoother, more youthful transition from her jawline to her neck. Since she had very little subcutaneous fat, traditional liposuction was not an effective option.

We recommended an Isolated Deep Neck Lift for more targeted contouring. During this procedure, we sculpted the deeper fat pads and worked with the underlying neck musculature to create a more defined contour. The procedure was completed on an outpatient basis, and her recovery was straightforward.
