Procedures Performed Rhinoplasty
This patient is now 6 months out from her rhinoplasty.
She had a challenging style of nose, because in addition to having a bump on the bridge, it was over projected, meaning it stuck too far out from the face. De-projecting a nose slightly is relatively simple, but significantly de-projecting the nose require doing more specialized reduction techniques.
In her case we used a dome division technique and cartilage repositioning and reshaping to bring back the tip.
