My journey with Dr Karter began Autumn 2023: I had just turned 56 and was noticing signs of aging no longer remedied via my Aesthetician with her limited toolset. Alongside Dr Karter's lovely Patient Care Coordinator, Erin, we did a full facial aging consultation, determining my best path forward to reach my goals would be a deep plane face and neck lift. Dr Karter explained everything from full anatomy to the various procedures with care and grace, never rushing; He used words that made sense to the non-medically trained - I felt thoroughly informed, making it easy to plan my next steps. A month later, Dr Karter performed my first procedures, in office, to correct age related ear lobe sagging, as well as an eyebrow mole removal. The procedures were so pleasant I dozed off to sleep and afterward my husband took me out to lunch! January 2025, Dr Karter performed my full face and neck lift. Leading up to surgery, Erin was fully available, quickly responding to my many email question lists from all things supplement related to aftercare. The level of education Dr Karter and Erin provide pre-surgery truly positioned me for success. The morning of surgery, I was quite nervous waiting, but as soon as I saw Dr Karter, the nerves melted away, I felt entirely cared for and safe. I was completely prepared for my healing process and had solid expectations of what I'd feel and how I'd look at each milestone. Then just two weeks ago, I had an upper blepharoplasty performed by Dr Karter as the 'icing on the cake'! I'll be forever in awe of his pristine stitches and how beautifully they heal. I'm so grateful to have found Dr Karter at this stage of my life. He is not only a brilliant surgeon, but also and perhaps equally as important an artist. These qualities alongside his calming, informative, generous bedside manner produced a splendid, undetectable set of results I am beyond delighted with!

I could not praise Dr. Karter and his team enough! From my very first pre-consultation appointment, Erin made me feel so comfortable and at ease with the whole surgery process. Any and all questions about the surgical process (before and after) were always welcomed, and now at 4 weeks post-op I could not feel happier with the result. Dr. Karter did an absolutely fantastic job, and I’ve felt continuous support from the whole team throughout my healing journey. I have been wanting to get an upper blepharoplasty for years but was nervous and wasn’t sure which doctor to trust. I received several recommendations for Dr Karter and I finally scheduled a consultation. From the moment I met him, I knew he was the right doctor for me. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly, answered all of my questions and immediately made me feel comfortable. The entire experience with Dr Karter was exceptional from start to finish. His skill, precision, and calm bedside manner put me completely at ease on the day of surgery. My results look natural and I feel so refreshed. From the first consultation, what stood out for me most was Dr. Karter's incredible attentiveness, kindness and absence of ego — something quite rare in this field. No matter how busy his practice was, Dr. Karter made me feel like he had all the time in the world to answer all of my questions. He never tried to oversell or promise perfection. Instead, he set honest, realistic expectations and emphasized natural results. That honesty gave me so much peace of mind. Once I decided to move forward, he shared his direct contact information and personally checked in after my procedure. His team is wonderful, too. Erin, his assistant, was my main contact — endlessly patient, responsive, and reassuring. And Sarina, who coordinates scheduling and non-surgical treatments, was always kind and accommodating. Together, they made the whole process smooth and human. I’ve had both surgical and non-surgical procedures, including rhinoplasty, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. As Dr. Karter reminded me early on, nothing in this process is ever 100%, but I’m truly thrilled with my “90-plus percent.” 😊 I can’t recommend Dr. Karter and his team highly enough. Their warmth, integrity, and genuine care made all the difference.
