I was referred to Dr. Karter for a deep plane facelift several months ago . My experience with both he and his staff was beyond exceptional. He is a gifted surgeon as well as a great human . In one procedure he has somehow erased 15 years from my face and neck . The post op recovery was painless requiring only tylenol and ibuprofen , and my result is natural and flawless .To his surgical coordinator Erin….thank you for the amazing job you do everyday educating and supporting patients . After losing weight, I noticed significant volume loss in my face, particularly in my cheeks and under-eye area. I consulted with Dr. Karter, who recommended fat grafting as a natural solution to revolumize my mid-face. This procedure involves liposuctioning fat from one area of the body and transferring it to the face. Dr. Karter thoroughly explained the procedure, including the risks, downtime, and longevity of the results. During the procedure, he ensured I was comfortable and explained each step as he worked. I am thrilled with the results and look forward to seeing the final outcome as time progresses. I would highly recommend this procedure to anyone seeking facial volume rejuvenation without opting for fillers yet. I will definitely consider it again in the future.

While I can’t give a 100% final review because I am only one month post op since my rhinoplasty surgery, I can say that I am extremely happy with my experience thus far. During your first consultation, Dr Karter takes the time to educate you on what exactly he will be doing in the operating room, and what techniques he will use to achieve your goals. His patient care coordinator, Erin, thoroughly breaks down what you can expect leading up to the surgery and during recovery. The recovery was not painful at all. It was uncomfortable, but I did not experience anything that Dr Karter and Erin did not prepare me for. I worked from home for a little less than two weeks, at that point most people won’t notice you ever had anything done! Now, one month post op and I am already thrilled with my results. Dr Karter fixed my insecurities in a very natural way. I know swelling takes a full year to go away, so I am looking forward to seeing my final results. I definitely recommend Dr Karter if you are interesting in rhinoplasty surgery.

I am so happy I chose Dr. Karter for my rhinoplasty! The entire process was so seamless from my initial phone call with Erin, the patient care coordinator, to my post-op appointments. Dr. Karter and Erin do such a thorough job educating their patients that I felt confident and prepared for my surgical journey. Dr. Karter is very kind, caring and has an excellent bedside manner. I am a month out from my surgery, and I am so happy with my results! The results are so subtle and natural, almost like I never even had surgery. I had been contemplating a rhinoplasty for some time and after extensive research, I chose Dr. Karter and I'm so glad I did. I have never been so impressed with the care, support and professionalism that Dr Karter and his staff (Erin in particular) has offered me. They both took the time to listen and answer all of my questions, worries, and concerns. Facing some pretty significant procedures, Dr. Karter showed nothing but compassion for me and I am extremely satisfied with his work. I am so glad I did my research about who to trust with undergoing a primary rhinoplasty. I could not be happier with my decision of choosing Dr. Karter and his team! From the beginning of my journey, as I was calling around different offices and did a couple of consults, Dr. Karter's office was the obvious choice. Erin, the patient coordinator, offered full transparency of pricing, while also approached with genuine empathy while listening to my desired outcomes. Dr. Karter is a very kind person, and takes his time to listen, be present, and explained transparently his surgical approach. I am now a month out of my surgery and feel more like myself than ever with my rhinoplasty. It went better than expected and I would recommend Dr. Karter to anyone interested - even for those who may have to travel a bit like myself!
