Dr. Karter is truly outstanding, both as a surgeon and as a person. I was a bit hesitant about my revision rhinoplasty as this would be my third surgery, but Dr. Karter's transparency and trustworthiness won me over. Dr. Karter is very thorough and truly listened to what I wanted my results to look for my rhinoplasty. Dr. Karter is amazing. My experience with him was exceptional. He was honest, straightforward and delivered exactly what he said he would do. I interviewed several doctors before him and none of them compared. I look forward to going back to his office for additional treatments in the future. You will not be disappointed.

Dr. Karter did an amazing job doing my 2nd revision rhinoplasty (this was my 3rd surgery). He gave me results that I’ve only dreamt of. He made my dream come true. I will never let another surgeon besides Dr. Karter touch my face ever again. He has gained a patient for life in me. Dr. Karter is knowledgeable, attentive and very kind. Great bedside manners, makes you feel extremely comfortable and answers all your questions even if you ask the same question multiple times! The communication was excellent all the way from the beginning, leading up to the procedure and even the follow up. Erin, the patient care coordinator, was extremely helpful along the whole process, can’t say enough about her! I would highly recommend Dr. Karter and his team!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Karter for a few years now. When I’ve decided on this procedure I knew Dr. Karter would be the best and most experienced. What an amazing journey I took with Dr Karter and Erin! I could not be happier with my results. If you are considering facial and or neck surgery, by all means do your homework. I did, and all my research led me right back to Dr Karter. You see… he is first a head and neck surgeon. This was important in my case because during my surgery a specific situation arose that only a highly skilled head and neck surgeon could have navigated. Dr Karter is also a cutting edge board certified plastic surgeon. My results are entirely natural. I look like me only better. A co worker ive met 2or 3 times emailed me recently after a zoom meeting . She asked me….”what is your recipe for looking so fresh, youthful, stress free and unbothered?” I was so flattered. The answer? Dr Nick Karter and his commitment to natural results. Stop searching… you’ve arrived!
